About two weeks out now! Lots of plans have been in flux, but I think I got things nailed down now. Probably bringing the (mexican) ex with me as she just got laid off and wants to get out of the grind of the USA - 15 years at same job, got offered two weeks severance package. Unreal.

Good news is I ran companies forever, wrote her HR and management a letter saying she is in three protected classes, female, latina and over 50 - she got 3 months package and all PTO paid out. I hate the corporate systems, but hey, they want goofy HR bullshit and DEI handouts? Let's dance.
