 This is where I had fully planned a self sufficient property and restaurant, where I lived previously, but it is no longer available. Everything happens for a reason and there are endless wonderful properties here.

Looks a decent little patch... yeah I've been checking out spots and there's loads and loads of bit where you can set up... I think this is the goto idea, people creating a lifeboat for themselves as best they can.
