These extraterrestrial-jews do such small detailed stuff that you think it is impossible that it is not people doing this. They do this because it is highly effective. It destroys you from the inside. It erodes your health.  
  
I will continue with the list of stuff they can do:  
\- changing the setting on your microwave, etc.  
\- turning the TV on/off.  
\- moving stuff in your house to different places.  
\- dirtying and/or poisoning your food - not to necessarily kill you, but to change your body, and make you sicker.  
\- change words that you have written on your (physical) textbook. This technique is used to make you second-guess yourself and to erode your mind.  
\- change sentences in your book that you have. So if you read that book, you will find that it is strange. This is effective. Your book will look exactly the same as how you left it because they are careful to not make it look like they have changed it.  
\- Loosening the bolt on your fying pan.  
\- If you lock the door to your room before you sleep and keep the key inside the hole, they will turn the key slightly so you notice it when you wake up. To cause you psychological harm and great stress. They will always show you that they are targeting you.  
\- Since they have surrounded you, they will spread rumors about your mental health. They will call you instable, etc. All this to make people turn against you and make it easier to hurt you further, and to target you more effectively in the future - because if people are against you, then it will be harder for you to be safe.  
\- It is a systematic campgain to erase your mental state without overt violence.  
\- Your computer and laptop has already been hacked. They hacked it before they targeted you. They have their own viruses and malware, etc.  
\- This is very important information: They get jobs as mailmen (and other professions) and they get keys to your mailbox, and they copy every key. And now they have access to all your mails (and locks), in the country, not just yours.  
\- If you use Minoxidil to grow your beard, they will either buy one Minoxidil and replace yours with something that doesn't make your hair grow, or they tamper with your Minoxidil when you have left your house - your Minoxidil that you bought. They will make sure your Minoxidil doesn't work as intended.  
\- This is very important: They will tamper with your apartment so it will make sounds - so you will hear sounds from stuff like electronics or your lamp etc - to cause you stress and erode your psychological health.  
\- If you live with someone that has given their soul to them, then that person that you are living with has already given out the keys to the house, and everything, to be copied. That is how they can enter your house to change, steal and destroy stuff, without destroying your outer door.  
\- Having a dog in the house and when you sleep won't help much, because they have dog trainers. The second you leave your apartment with your dog there, they will send for a dog trainer to train the dog to never bark at the extraterrestrial-jews entering your house.  
\- Having a security camera in your house doesn't help either, because they can easily hack it and manipulate it. They would also watch you through that camera 24/7. Not that they need to because they already have cameras with sound inside your house to know when you come and go, but they will still use that security camera to their advantage.  
\- They will follow you outside with the cameras that is there. They already have backdoor access to them all.  
\- Sew your clothes when you are not home to make one side of your pants longer/shorter than the other side.  
\- They will enter your apartment when you sleep to change stuff and move stuff. You can counter this by getting a metal piece that automatically moves when the door opens. They have those to make the door close by itself. You can put cans filled with water on top of it so if it moves and falls, you will know. That will make it very difficult, if not impossible, for them to enter your house when you sleep.  
  
All of this to cause as much psychological torture and suffering on you as much as they can without tipping their hand. To make you feel unsafe in your own home. This is psychological warfare. I heard they did similar with Henry Ford's  (Ford Motor Company) favorite candy, that they changed the taste of it. They also targeted Nikola Tesla. They have done this to millions of humans. And they get away with it, and unnoticed, because they isolate a person so the person cannot tell their story. Expose them and their techniques won't work anymore.

Remember that they are between 10-30% of the human population. Which means that there could be at least one of them in every family - or at least in the majority of families on this planet, and nobody notices. or knows.
