Here is how they psychologically torture someone. Here are many of their techniques they do to destroy a person's mind and psyche:  
  
Before they target you, they spend between 1-2 years recruiting (recruiting means that your family and friends are gone and now an extraterrestrial-jew inhabits their body, mind and life) everyone in your social circle inlcuding your family, cousins and friends etc. If they can't recruit everyone, they will recruit enough so they will be the absolute majority, so they can control the narrative about you. To isolate you. To surround you.  
  
They already have keys to your apartment. They also have cameras with sound put everywhere in your apartment to watch you 24/7, and every single one of these extraterrestrial-Jews can access it to see you. They want to make sure they know everything about what you are doing - every smail detail matters. They have already hacked your computer and they know your wifi password to enter your network. I don't know but I suspect they also have hacked the phone of their victim and everything in that phone. They also have every password to every account that is yours. They have your digital identity.

I strongly believe there is one watching you 24/7, every second of the day, to make sure they know you completely and never miss a thing, never miss a small detail that they could use against you. (It is effective because it is detailed. Don't forget that they are extraterrestrials in human bodies, so this is not impossible for them to do. Nor is it far-fetched).  
  
These techniques are used to erode your psyche and mind, they are very effective, hence why it is called psychological-torture. What happens when something happens to you is that you begin to question yourself, to say/think to yourself: "I made the change. NO IT WASN\*T ME! It must have been me, who else could it be? SOMEONE DID THIS!" - This uncertainty and fear destroys a person's mind.

Here are the techniques can they use when they get into your apartment without your knowldge:  
\- Break the leg of your bed.  
\- Put a plastic bag somewhere in the apartment you didn't put.  
\- Your toilet seat is warm because one of them sat on it for like 20 minutes straight, so in case you have to sit on the toilet seat you will notice that it is warm, that someone has already sat on it. But your mind will think it is impossible, when you will know that it must be so because it is impossible for something like this to happen by itself.  
\- If you have soap lying on the side to use later, one of them will be opened in a way that cannot be by itself, and it will have spilled on the ground.  
\- If you bought something of two and it is brand-new and you leave it somewhere visible and you leave the apartment, when you come back one of them is missing. Let's say you bought two pack of cards, you put it on the bed and leave the house, then when you come back one of them is missing,  
\- Your floor will have small damages on them that weren't there before.  
\- Your socks will be destroyed enough so they have have holes in them by themselves within a week. Same thing goes for your underwears. They will stretch them enough to damage the fabric, but not enough to make it obvious. They will have holes in them after like a week or so. Same thing with your pants.  
\- They will move your stuff to other places in your apartment. So for example, you sleep next to your knife. When you wake up you will find it on the other side - and you will remember that it wasn't there before you slept.  
\- Your toothpaste and other small stuff will disappear. Which will make you lose money because you will have to keep buying them over and over again.  
\- They will steal your band-aids that you have in your package. For some reason, they love to take band-aids.  
\- They will put feces in some of your food. They put your toothbrush in the toilet and put it back without you noticing when you have left your apartment.  
  
\- Any text you make on your laptop can be changed. So it means that you have written something, then you will find a spelling error or a word deleted or a sentence inserted. They will do this for your work, school, or anything else you are working on. This happens live, while you are writing your text.  
  
You will know who in your family or social circle has been recruited because when you tell them what happened, they will do their best to convince you into believe it is a "ghost" or a "djinn." They will insist on it.

Stay strong. You are not alone. You are loved. Now that you know they are extraterrestrials, you can find a way. Knowledge is power. Make them famous, make what happens to you very known. That is how you can save yourself. If other people write the same thing, it means that it has happened to them. If someone writes that you are "stupid" or you have a "psychosis," then it means that they are one of them.
