Did a little research. Apparently, for whatever reason, Phillips decided to release them as "[Ultra Efficient LEDs](https://www.amazon.com/stores/PhilipsLightingLED/page/7A694B25-151D-490D-AFAE-253B4568B70E)".

Those are all dimmable, the Dubai lights are not. That means they used a different LED driver. Maybe it functions the same, but it's not the same.
