Yes, God knew there would be evil men. That’s the point of free will, real choice requires the real possibility of choosing evil. The Flood happened after generations of escalating corruption and violence, and after 120 years of warning through Noah, judgment came. Patience has a limit. Divine justice isn’t always immediate. Every person, ancient or modern, still faces it. No one gets a permanent free pass, no matter how long the delay looks from our side. You’re alive and typing right now because that patience is still extended to you. Using it to complain about the patience shown to others is a special kind of irony. Free will cuts both ways.

The flood happened in the 6th chapter of your gods first book of its holy book. Your god couldn't even get out of Genesis without murdering all of humanity and blaming them for the game your god setup. If your god knew about evil men, why be surprised? Does your god judge people in death? Like when they die, your god judges people, right? Then why murder everyone on the Earth? Your god killed people before their time to naturally die by sending the "flood".
