Humans set themselves up as infallible, its the pride and hubris, that is being a human that creates this. As a human, you can't know everything, pretending you do is prideful, ignorant and arrogant. This is the human that can't admit wrong doing. How could a parent know what to do correctly at every moment raising a small human? They don't but have to pretend but they do or the illusion of this world comes crashing down, that most of us don't have any idea what we are doing. Every moment is new. Yes, you have started the D4 dozer a hundred times in the past, but this time is brand new. You could break the key, the ignition or a plethora of things could happen. We also put expectations upon others, such as kids or parents. Find out who someone is. Expect that.
