Well actually they believe it's dome shaped and that doesn't stop reflection from occurring. Not a flat eearther, btw

You need to look into that a bit more. They believe the "firmament" is dome shaped. Not the earth. The bit about sunlight reflecting off the bottom of flying objects is that the sun must be at a lower elevation than those things if a flat earth is surmised.
