I made my 2nd roast in this manner too! Used a different seasoning but the rareness came out perfect. My first one years ago was just plain raw haha

Yes you kinda have to master it.. My first few times I kept checking on it and you can't do that. You have to trust the process! I'm not patient and always afraid I'm gonna screw it up!
