I did work for a terrific cook from korea for a brief period of time when his family immigrated to America. I was working at a Hospital cafeteria. And they hired him to create new asian dishes. And I was his sous chef for a short period. He saved up and opened his own restaurant. I promised to never share his fried scallops recipe.
