I'm pretty sure all liquid condiments need to be refrigerated after opening.

I've been lead to believe that acidic condiments do not. Hence the fam debate on the subject.

Malt vinegar, most hot sauces. Basically anything where vinegar is the base ingredient. I’d leave butter out for a couple days too.
