My wife and I recently took the hard step of setting our heels and getting NATURAL mayo. Holly Crap! The difference is staggering! A little while back I bought my wife a Swiss made, Bamix immersion blender with the idea that we'd have a means of making our own Mayo without tremendous amounts of effort, but we haven't done that yet. It's amazing how much sheer garbage we all eat.
