No doctor would agree to be "*full legal & financial responsibility for any injuries ... interactions...*" from a jab. "*I would also advise that **my [inalienable rights](https://www.archives.gov/founding-docs/declaration-transcript#:~:text=We%20hold%20these%20truths%20to,effect%20their%20Safety%20and%20Happiness) are reserved***" (Declaration of Independence, 1776). God bless the people who stood up like that. "**inalienable means something that is not transferable or that is impossible to take away**. Every constitution provides for fundamental rights which are inalienable rights. For example, the California Constitution's Inalienable Rights Clause provides that '*\[a\]ll people are by nature free & independent & have inalienable rights*.' As such, according to the Constitution of California freedom of a person is a right that is impossible to take away" (LII, Cornell).

Your so lucky in the USA that you have the Bill of Rights and "inalienable rights" not every country has the same freedoms in their constitution and in law.
