This is what it looks like. Most items bought from Amazon. Battery Station with an AC adapter powering the monitor, it needs more than a small battery bank with just 5 watt out put. The RPI is powered by the Battery Station's USB connector. You can see the plug on the right hand side of the battery station. The mouse and keyboard are plugged into two RPI4's USB ports. Four are available. The battery station itself is powered by a connection directly into the wall socket. However, when off grid you can use the same connector socket to hook in our solar panel cabling and route it out to your solar panel out on the lawn or deck.

The monitor is touch screen, but because it has all these attachments, I can't really use it walking around the house. However, the screen quality is super enhanced. Pretty happy about that. Oh also, I use RaspberryPi's Linux version app. Previously I have used Ubuntu Mate and TwisterOS. Both were OK, no real complaints with either of them. Twister though could only work on a 32bit processor whereas RPI can handle x64 plus it has 8gb RAM onboard. Nowadays the RPI5 can hand 16gb RAM.

Correction, RPI doesn't use x64, that is architecture for Linux machines, it uses "arm64".
