We have walked similar paths on the cleanses and fasts. Hulda Clarke. Yes? Fasting cured me of allergies and a few other issues. It has been the greatest asset ... freedom from the system. Fasting....the greatest medicine we know. Peace.😇

I never heard of her until I looked her up this morning. She's got an interesting perspective and enough backlash to make me interested! Fasting is certainly the way to go. 😀
