Yes please. I am totally into the idea of manifestation though I'm aware it's much more work and reality is much different then these scam psedoscience hacks make it out to be, like some magical instantaneous result producing reality k just as long as you buy their books and believe in the things you want to have happen, you will watch those things happen without fail and with little to no effort, sometimes just intention enough yeilds results, though Iam smart enough to know that every action has a reaction and that includes thoughts, but never can we will things into existence without some serious understanding of the universe and the laws which we are confined by. But I am of the belief that positive thoughts, positive behaviors, selfless intentions, directing positivity towards others and your ability to interact with the world and the people in it in a way that results in honest returns can occur if you place your energy and your will on an idea or a thought and shape your world accordingly, you will find that suddenly you're meeting all the right connections you need to accomplish your goals, you'll be rewarded in ways that can't easily be understood or replicated which is why it falls in the realm of psedoscience and chance, it's not a guarantee but you can set your life up in ways to see the returns that you have been hoping for, but it takes a lot of intentional planning and moving in ways that will bring you either financial benefits or your dream job or your soul mate, but I would totally be interested in less gimmicky, scammy versions of the reality of return and manifesting destiny through targeted thought and processes that can be successful regardless of the proof or any kind of explanation. I want to learn to pray right and pray with actual meaning and not just recite hail Marys or only pray for help when things in life are poor

Pick humans up, put them back down. There are lots of them in the world, find the good ones. The block button in real life is great to use. Also, look in the mirror for the reason most things are happening in your life. You let that person gaslight you. If they lie to you, they are lying. Know they are a liar and don't expect anything else from them. Smear campaigns only work if you can be smeared or care about what someone else thinks about you. If you are right, you are right. If you are wrong, admit you are wrong. We are fallible beings, hubris will kill.

I did some reading too and apparently others like Alan Watts used this to push the New Thought Movement. Anyway, I think it’s got a legit foundation but this book from the 60s has been pretty abused and taken to absurd degrees. The Bible, among other religious texts, makes it clear that a man is what he thinks he is and it’s known that even navy seals spend countless hours engaging in what could be called positive visualization. My friend likes to talk about mirror neurons. Apparently, the brain doesn’t know the difference between reality and fantasy and you can use that to your advantage to, at least, prepare for high-stress situations.  So, I don’t think the book you have is pseudo science but what came from it is.

Exactly, because you can cause synchronicities to occur more frequently even, and sometimes they will do so on their own and it just feels like the universe reacting to something you are doing or the way you are carrying out your life, its aware of you and it's making itself aware that it notices you as well. And we all can relate to the almost premonition like powers we sometimes seem to have, sometimes more than other times, but you need to be in tune with the universe and your reality to really begin to see these things are one hundred percent real.  Lol and it's funny you mention the secret cos I first heard about that book in my early 20s from this super vain, and appearance obsessed kid in rehab with like a real low IQ but he was getting clean and seeing the world differently probably for the first time in a decade so his discovery of that book at that time was like an obsession of his, and he would recommend it to all the counselors and even somehow convinced one of them to play some poorly produced movie version of for us. But it was cool at least he believed enough in it that he was convinced his life was turning around as a result, and he was working out like obsessively and trying to be his best self as a result.
