I don't know what is being used for the site. But if they have a responsive module programmed into the back end, then nearly all mobile browsers should look fine. A responsive theme will auto-adjust to whatever display you're viewing the website on. On that note, will there be a mobile app developed? It's not too difficult to get one on Android, the Apple approval process is a bit more difficult. Not that a mobile app is needed, as long as the site has a good responsive module built-in to work across browsers, not just Chromium-based browsers. You have to include Firefox and Safari users as well. Neither of those use Chromium.
