Im bad at keeping appointments, especially if they're months in advance, if i don't a reminder from the doctor/dentist like a couple days before, I will be a no call no show and then the cycle starts all over again. Just bought a 2027 calender to hopefully get better with this, but we wil see

I know exactly what you mean. I have to have notes for my notes. I may have a lil ADHD but my short term memory is soooooo frustrating. But I did just find an app that some of my coworkers use that you might like called Goblin Tools. Anyway, I haven't done the research but it'd be interesting to know if people with more issues with everyday cognitive function have less instances of dementia in later life because they have to solve novel problems regularly that many do not. Every day has so many opportunities to be bad at stuff that maybe I/we/them have an advantage. However, I'd also be willing to bet that there haven't been enough significant longitudinal studies because, often, disabled or differently-abled people don't live long enough to find out. 🤷♀️ Ok, I'm done rambling.
