I'm bad at practically everything. But, that's a path to greatness. Adversity is an opportunity you haven't learned to take advantage of. I'm "bad" at making BBQ chicken. But, I'm getting better. I'm so good at making BBQ pork ribs that I'm the only one who's willing to say I'm not good at it. That's progress.

Mastering BBQ is a man skill no XY should ever be without. Same with playing pool, shooting straight and everything having to do with chivalry in general.

Had no idea those things were "chivalrous". I was very fortunate that I married an excellent cook. Even more fortunate that she has a competitive streak. Because I'm a better cook than her. Really fortunate for us both that I genuinely practice gratitude and I'm delighted to have her make me eggs I would have thrown out in disgust if I'd made them. Doesn't bother me a bit if I didn't make them. But, her organizational skills border on the supernatural. And I'm not entirely sure which side of the border they're on. Spooky.
