Real deep. Personally I don't have many gut wrenching reactions around here because this isn't Real World. So many get overwhelmed with emotions. Their digital identity reacts to another digital identity and they wind up making this their emotional reality. It's not how the same people would communicate face to face especially in some sort of group or public setting.

I like this comment. My best experiences with online (limited as it is) is when I get to hear or see people in a real time chat with group. It is quite a rare occurrence for me, but it has resulted in friends from around the world. Connecting in a way The Matrix would not like at all were it to happen en masse.

It seems so hard for people to avoid rage when being trolled or shit posted. Plain common sense replies will disarm an instigator and often show them publicly as being a fool. By entering into a competition to be the most insulting you're kind of showing that the person has some power over you and you're giving that person the attention that they really want.

You’re right; there are so many fakes and frauds around here. Guess it’s wrong to be emotional about it. This isn’t real. None of this is real. Thank goodness.
