I’ve never had fried tomatoes. Maybe I’ll try. I have them in my greenhouse so they ripen some more and then I will either put them in the freeze dryer or will can them for future use and sauces and chili

Have you ever grown tomatillos? That was my first thought when I saw them. They make a great mild green salsa.
