My favorite go to would have to be old lectures given by Alan Watts on YouTube. He is very informative but in a light hearted and humorous approach.

There's some excellent old conversations between Terence McKenna and Rupert Sheldrake. If you enjoy Alan Watts, I bet you'd enjoy those as well.

I think Ambrose Bierce is one of the wittiest American English-language writers ever… look at ‘a cynic looks at life’, ‘the devil’s dictionary’, and his short story ‘an occurrence at owl creek bridge’.
