Sheeeeeeeeeeeeit. This is a lot to digest. But you make good points about trust, respect, just being able to create the core of a healthy relationship. If you ask your partner any question from, “Did you like the movie?” to “Did you ever make an amateur porn?”, you ought to be able to trust that your partner will come clean. Yes, there’s humiliation and embarrassment but I always think that if someone doesn’t want the answer to a question, they won’t ask. If I’m asked a question point-blank, I have the ability to confirm and or deny with explanation if necessary. I want to be transparent with my partner. I want to know that even the disclosure of embarrassing and shameful material, could be forgiven. We all make white lies and maybe upon stumbling upon such “revenge porn,” I could be compassionate and kind. I would bring it up and let them know that it’s not a problem. Emotions are tough. Jealousy is a very tough one. At our age, though, we all know that the other person has had partners and that 20-somethings, especially, are stupid AF. Context is everything and if it’s a relatively old thing, why does it matter? People change. Sometimes for the worse but sometimes for the better too. I always try to err on the side of giving the benefit of the doubt.

Its in the past now, it was early in our dating, just never got closure so still haunts me to this day. Just a tale of caution when making homemade porn with anybody. Even if its your soul mate, wife of several years. Shit finds funny ways of making a resurgence online, especially pornography. I've had girls who i was talking with send me provocative photos, like girls i wasnt even dating, just like thats a serious gamble to trust thst the person your leaking these photos too wont turn around and use them as blackmail. I think girls, and men, I shouldn't just say girls, are far to comfortable with this idea of sending nudes online, like not considering one day you may have a child who will stumble upon them, especially with AI facial recognition, it wont be long before you'll be able to input any face into the computer and get a photo album worth of results
