Yes and also factors like poverty, unemployment, and negative black culture. This culture stems from the idea that blacks are in it for themselves with their ride or die mentality, further exacerbated by their historical hatred towards whites. Broken families, single mom households and no proper father figure to instill discipline, creates criminals in the making. Add drugs to the mix and it becomes worse. Certain black communities and activists defending and celebrating murderers perpetuates black criminality.

I guess it isn't their fault? Nobody makes their own decisions? I guess they couldn't start making a better decision today? I guess its someone elses fault they do the actions they do. Lots of excuses for grown humans making choices.

It's partly their fault for perpetuating the stereotype and our government's fault for creating the social and economic conditions for it. When I think of blacks, i think of Malcolm X who i have great respect for. He was a criminal in the past and later on he became proof that people could change. Sure he was anti white at first but after his pilgrimage to mecca, it made him rearrange much of his thought patterns previously held and tossed aside some of his previous conclusions. He became the black voice for mental liberation from the slave mentality. He rejected victimhood. He didn’t beg for acceptance or pity. That message gave people a sense of agency and responsibility, which was crucial for those trying to rise above hopelessness or violence. He wanted blacks to be dignified upstanding citizens. Malcolm X was assassinated for being a force of good change for the blacks. A lot of blacks like to mention him but fail to apply even his most basic ideas.
