Im going to give you aid, but actually im gonna give the money to my buddy who will sell you equipment and if you need em or not doesnt matter to me, then my buddy will send it or dont and the stuff that arrives will be "stolen" and sold. But seriously though, food aid(s) given to Africa has collapsed the local agriculutural production that they had because they got the food for free so many of the local farms when bankrupt. So basically we fucked them by helping them. Instead of building farms, we gave them food. As the saying goes; Give a man a fish, hes fed for a day. Teach a man to fish, hes fed for a lifetime" Or as we have done. "Give them fish until they forget about fishing, then fuck them really hard.

Seems it's more like "give them a fish, and they'll sell it to arm a child army whom they use cocaine and heroin to control because they're utterly savage as a race". Idk maybe it's me
