Things I'm mulling over in my head: A limit to 10 posts a day^(for now atleast, when/if the site grows the ability of any one user to spam becomes kind of self regulating)^ Comments obviously unlimited. **A Limit to the intention of a post**, involving another user. While posts %%headline,%% and **@ tagging** are parts of this site. I don't think we should allow direct personal attacks as a posts **clear only intention**. Such as: If I made a post with the headline of; "@tone is a retard and everyone should hate him" Then fill the post with personal attacks and possibly even doxxing him/her. I think this is crossing a line beyond the intention of the pocha for having some offensive fun. If people want to fight in the comments thats one thing. But dedicating a post to hating an individual user is a slippery slope. However this rule would need to be worded extremely carefully. Cause this can also be used in good humorous ways between friends. Such As I could make a post with the headline "@tone is a gigantic fag" and content could be clearly humorous and clearly intended as humor, not personally attacking. In this sense I think it is fine to headline a post with another users name. Obviously I think we probably all agree no doxxing in general. Thats just evil shit. Sure there is no true anonymity online, but there is also a clear distinction to intentionally causing harm, and making a joke. Again these are just my ideas for p/offensive and It would be nice if all us mods agreed on what direction we should go with.

Agreed on all points @logical, well written and thought out. I'm going to mull over your points a bit myself and the rules at large. This is meant to be a community with good banter and shitposting; not for targeting specific users unprovoked, harassing, doxxing, etc. Thank you sir

Yeah I think like I said we should all mull it over for a couple days. I invite all the mods to think outloud here in this post, we can archive it later. I agree with you, targeted harassment is much different than making racist jokes about a huge group of people or just general shit post memeing.
