The Blockchain, Ancient Egypt, Black Wall street over 100 yrs ago. Idk what you mean by "Black" civilization, but you need to recognize your lack of education on civilization and why Africa is considered the craddle of civilization. The whole world belongs to us, literally.

The whole world belongs to you? Why? What does anciet Egypt have to do with you? Because someone with your skin color made the "Blockchain" what does that have to do with you? You said Qatar was a "Black" country. What does that mean? Because black skinned humans were somewhere at some point in history, what does that have to do with you?
