the conflict or hatred among nations is being fostered by very specific interested parties... it is a small rootless international clique that incites nations against eachother that does not want them to find peace.... these are the people who are at home everywhere and nowhere; who lack roots in any soil in which they grown, and may live in berlin today and just as easily as in brussels tommorow, and the day after in paris or Prag; or vienna or london, and who feel at home EVERYWHERE. They are the only ones who could truly be described as international elements because they can conduct their buisness anywhere, but the common people, the ordinary citizens cant truley ever follow them. The populous is instrickinley chained to their ancestral land, they are bound to their cherished homeland. and they are fundamentally tied to the very means of exsistense of their soveirgn state, their beloved nation.
