Praise God! What an incredible miracle. I’m honored to know about it. I’m happy that your family walked away unhurt!!! Your story encourages me and makes me so happy for you. Hearing about things like this reaffirms my faith and knowing that, like the sparrow, God has His eye on you and your loved ones always. People often discount the physical and metaphysical bond between husband and wife but the Bible (I don’t know about the Quran) says that they are one flesh, that she is bone of your bone. Your story reminds me that there is an unseen power connecting your lives. Fascinating and profoundly beautiful.

Thanks you, for your prayers and affection. We are exceptionally blessed. I was always moved by the biblical concept of men and women being one flesh, or more specifically, women being made from mans rib. Quran teaches the same, that we are one, but one in soul rather than one in flesh. Quran literally teaches that men and women are created as one soul, and split in two as men and women. Our souls are paired in heaven before our birth and reunited in heaven in the afterlife. 7:189 - "He it is Who created you from a single soul, and of the same did He make his (human's) mate, that he (human) might find comfort in her" 30:21 - "And of His signs is that He created for you, from yourselves, mates that you may find tranquility in them; and He placed between you affection and mercy. Indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought." Kinda sad that modern society, in the west and the east, focuses on finding the best quick-fix hook-up rather than the soulmate with whom you'll find lasting tranquility.
