Your approach to discussion often doesn't align with good-faith debate, and your positions sometimes appear to lack depth of knowledge or reflection on the topics involved. I generally avoid seeking out and critiquing your views across soju. But, it's unclear to me how such firm convictions can form without a deeper engagement or genuine interest in the subjects. For example: Discussing specific details from the Bible without having read the relevant passages. Expressing interest in debating the USS Liberty incident while showing on interest or dismissing the available background evidence. Identifying as a Ron Paul-style libertarian while floating interest in supporting surveillance. Criticizing another member's post and its effect on soju of a dating profile experience following a parasite cleanse, while ignoring possible influence of your own thread on procreation. If possible and the topic is important enough I strive to substantiate my own beliefs and positions, though that still requires attention, reading and comprehension.
