If you seriously can't see optical illusions you either don't allow your eyes enough time to adjust and relax to the picture or maybe you suffer from a condition that prevents you from seeing optical illusions as explained by Google: Eye conditions that cause significant loss of central vision, severe blurriness, or damage to spatial processing can prevent the perception of optical illusions. Key conditions include Age-Related Macular Degeneration (AMD), severe cataracts, and macular edema, as these prevent the brain from receiving the clear, high-detail imagery necessary to trigger the illusion.Conditions Preventing Optical Illusions:Macular Conditions: Age-related macular degeneration (AMD), macular pucker, and macular edema disrupt central vision, making it hard to process detailed, fine-line illusions.Refractive Errors & Distortion: Severe nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, and keratoconus distort incoming light, preventing the crisp focus required for many illusions.Cataracts: Clouding of the eye's lens impairs overall vision quality.Retinal & Nerve Damage: Glaucoma (which damages the optic nerve) and diabetic retinopathy reduce the visual data transmitted, sometimes leading to the brain generating its own images (Charles Bonnet Syndrome) rather than perceiving external illusions.Developmental Issues: Congenital cataracts or untreated amblyopia (lazy eye) may cause deficits in spatial segmentation and 2D perspective cues, limiting susceptibility to illusions. But if you don't suffer from any known medical conditions then try To see 3D optical illusions (stereograms/Magic Eye pictures), hold the image near your nose, relax your eyes to look through it into the distance, and slowly pull it away until a 3D image clicks into focus. The key is "divergent viewing"—allowing eyes to go slightly cross-eyed or unfocused to blend repeating patterns. It can take some practice and sometimes you'll be just about to see it and then blink and fuck it all up and have to start from the beginning. But the end result is usually worth it and much more spectacular and amazing then you truly can comprehend
