Clearly men in these target nations are being weakened in many different ways. Taking this into account a civil war seems unlikely. Even Ireland, a country where constant civil war has common for every other decade for beyond recorded history, seem to not even fighting over very alien foreigners being brought in.

Because they feed them food that lowers their testosterone and energy so that they are docile. the old rugish Irish stereotype we all know is the type of people to fight back not the feminine little boys we have today. Ireland is going to be over run with immigrants worst than it is now, and native Irish people are going to be a minority in their country
