I will say I find it funny when Muslims follow the Quran but reject the Hadith. I believe the problem cannot be solved outside benevolent Monarchy which can only be maintained through elective powers only being given to those with investment in a societies growth be it businesses and land owners and military. Corruption will occur under the boot of Democracy which spawns during prolonged periods prosperity. A the end of the day the larger the population, the worse the social, economic and governmental decay.
