Israeli bombs destroyed a bunch of Palestinian Masjids (Mosques). This verse may be suggesting that not all Mosques are equal: chp 9 ver 107-108 There are those who abuse the masjid by practicing idol worship, dividing the believers, and providing comfort to those who oppose GOD and His messenger. They solemnly swear: "Our intentions are honorable!" GOD bears witness that they are liars. You shall never pray in such a masjid. A masjid that is established on the basis of righteousness from the first day is more worthy of your praying therein. In it, there are people who love to be purified. GOD loves those who purify themselves.

9:107: And \[there are\] those \[hypocrites\] who took for themselves a mosque for causing harm and disbelief and division among the believers and as a station for whoever had warred against Allāh and His Messenger before. And they will surely swear, "We intended only the best." And Allāh testifies that indeed they are liars Allah knows best but this seems to refer to people like Dr. Khalifa Bro, if you believe in one God, I humbly request you to use quran.com You can read multiple translations simultaneously from any of the well established scholars. My personal favorite is the Saheeh International version because of its ease of read for non-arabic speakers. Peace🙏
