Moving further afield, I tried Miami-GTHost. That works. So New York and Miami are working, Atlanta and Ashburn are broken. There should be a site status page to show which locations are up and running. It's really a bad look to have 2 locations down, and no indication/reason on the website. As any self hoster knows, there are many reasons to be down (I am dealing with gmail imposing additional hoops last week to send them mail, atm).
