My New York and Miami tunnels are now down. I think the company is having problems. I don't use the IPv4 reverse proxy feature (which would be extremely valuable for people trying to self host in NAT jail), so the way forward is to allocate IP6s on VPS providers. Virmach.com provides no IP6 at all (I was depending on ipv6.rs). 1\. ramnode provides a limited number of IPv6, similar to what ipv6.rs provided. I was using openvpn to distribute to clients, but ipv6.rs provided practice in wireguard - even simpler to configure than openvpn IMO. 2\. I have a /48 he.net prefix. He.net has been faithfully providing free beer ipv6 for decades. I've been using openvpn to distribute /64 prefixes to sites with braindead ISPs (no usable ipv6). But my home data center is FAR from 24/7. In fact, atm I have one unresponsive (via USB) UPS and 1 complaining about low battery (last replaced in 2023). (NOTE: he.net will not provide free service to data centers - they do draw the line there. And they ask you to keep complaining to your braindead ISP.)
