route64.org works well. It has a huge drawback, however. They filter incoming port 53 and outgoing port 25. The filter 53 because of DoS attacks with recursive resolvers. The filter outgoing 25 to prevent email spammers from using their service. I will submit a proposal to allow incoming 53 to selected IPs - with automated testing to ensure the IPs are not recursive resolvers. However, outgoing 25 doesn't have a straightforward proposal that I can think of that meets their community goals. It is straightforward to relay mail through authorized servers on port 587, so it is not as critical as incoming port 53. Authoritative DNS service (not recursive, no DoS threat) is a core feature I am trying to put online. Email is also a core application.

I'm trying route64.org. They are based in Germany and funded by donations.

There's no announcement, but all the DCs I've tried are down and have been for some time, and they won't let me buy more service time (billing page gets an error).
