This tournament has been so elite. Wish we could get a lot more of this. How are we supposed to go back to watching NHL regular season after this?

Difference between Team Canada and USA. USA took best players available. Canada learnt nothing from Juniors and did not. The best goalie they took is 21st in the league and has not played a game. They left the top 6 Canadian goalies completely off the roster (Ahead of backup. 9 ahead of Binnington) including second best goalie in league making the 36th ranked goalie (30 teams) their only starter. They took 3 players from Tampa because of coach selection. And that same coach picked the goalie he did as starter because in past won cup. Of course he played on a team built for defense. So why not use the guy that won 2 years ago instead of 5 or 6. Why not use Matt Murray then. He has 2 rings. Think about it. Not to mention Kemper the second best rated goalie in league has also won a cup more recent the Bennington. A best on best series and Canada chose not to bring best. Maybe for olympics take the idiot make decisions out of it and let the fans or a broadcaster choose. In this case anyone. And maybe use a retired coach who doesn't base choices on his current team and loosing a cup to St Louis once upon a time. This is the USA tournament. Canada is dysfunctional as our politics.

Ya, I would of went with Kuemper in net. Binnington is a weird choice.

America will win the competition, they're to stacked in all areas. Canadas offense is on par with Americas but their defense and goaltending is far superior to ours and I think that will be the difference. Without Makar and Theodore and with Binnington in net, our chances of beating them are slim.
