I havr had great success with the pull out game, despite having children your probably saying "it couldn't be TOO successful" but children were the result of not pulling out, so so far, I have had a 100 percent success rate. Also if you plan accordingly to your wife's menstrual cycle, she's less fertile on her period and immediately following it (early follicular phase) as well as the time after her ovulation till her next period (luteal phase) but this is also not 100 percent, but if you combined this with the pullout method youd likely never have any unplanned or unwanted pregnancy

I agree with all of it and had a chance to try all of that but it was a strange late realization that there really aren't that many healthy options out there and there is no substitute for only engaging in sex with someone you are ready to have kids with. And unfortunately, sex tends to be a starting point where relations become serious but not serious enough. It feels like it is all luck:)
