I used to get it straight from the farm. But then quite a few years back the Canadian, Ontario government made it 'illegal' to buy it from the farmers. We tried to work around that, but was too dicey for small farmers...so they couldn't take the chance anymore...hard to blame them. Now I buy it from an Organic food store. Grass fed milk....good stuff but not nearly as good as it once was. Odd stuff not being legal to buy from a farm....odd stuff indeed. How about you....where do you get yours? Peace.😇

I only consume milk with coffee when I'm making a bad decision, like when the coffee is poor quality and I'm looking to add sugar to it. :) I know there's a regulation in Canada that vitamin A is required for anything less than 3.25% whole milk. The best milk product from organic stores is whole milk that's pasteurized by law but not homogenized. Poor farmers risk too much by selling direct unpasteurized. I unfortunately still consume sour cream that usually contains carrageenan, that impairs intestinal lining to perhaps cause leaky gut and cheese that contains Pfizer GMO rennet... while most of "vitamin C" -ascorbic acid is made from black mold:) I need to be more disciplined, it affects my brain's self esteem:)

What is your background in this...you sound well educated on the topic...how do you know so much about Canadian 'patterns'? I started a program to become a Naturopathic Doctor....but after 2 years at a private institute....the whole industry got dismantled....RCMP raiding offices....it was brutal. And the sell outs...just say...it was heavily corrupt....still is. I have next to zero faith in Canadian medicine....not a pattern for good health. Would love to hear your experience in this field... Peace.😇

hobby background but I love information, regretting reading stupid stuff when I was young and making a lot of poor food choices at the same time. Still eating some dumb stuff when socializing but less so at home:) The more information one takes in the easier it is to make sense of health etc. You mentioned something here once so sometimes something will remind me of that in terms of risk like vitamin A. But I will research it more later, I know what I am looking for just need more time.
