Look at the angle of your press itself, bar position and play around. I actually roll my shoulders back and pinch my scapula and stopped arching deeply, and that has helped and its brought the bar lower over my chest than where I used to do closer to shoulders. I also do better with incline/decline pressing than flat. Not everyone should move the same way, you need to find what works for you. Then for injuries, from personal experience tb500/bpc157 helps a ton.
