Protein is wild caught fish, grass fed beef and organic eggs. Almond butter, avocado, cheese and sour cream for healthy fats. Lots of low-glycemic-load veggies. Since I'm still doing Keto my carb intake is very limited, about 40g of carbs a day max. Fruit is black berries. I cook at home about 95% the time, eating out only when I'm in a pinch. No seed oils, unless I have to eat out, and I'll never know what they use specifically so just assume. I also am doing intermittent fasting, with an eight hour window to eat. I've been able to really narrow down what works and doesn't for me, and no longer have cravings for high carb stuff like pancakes or Belgian Waffles.
