Eating well is the best way to get your vits, imo, but our food isn’t as healthy as it should be, obvs. Thanks Bill Gates. I think fish oil is super as well as calcium (women def need to take calcium supplements). Living in New England I take B12. I also take Vitamin C, but I am no health expert by any stretch. I think some vit supplements are bullshit, especially the multi kind. I try to buy brands that are organic. For skin rosehip oil and castor oil are nice.
Also cooking with herbs as much as possible, cuz they are medicine too. Even the common herbs have a lot of health benefits, like thyme, rosemary, etc. and they are easy to grow and maintain.
"This isn’t just frustrating — it’s a form of psychological warfare. When people are too afraid to ask questions, society loses its ability to protect the vulnerable.' And not just the vulnerable....anyone at all. The gaslighting is brutal. " But pretending the rise is a mystery we shouldn’t investigate — or worse, a “**celebration of neurodiversity**” that shuts down honest inquiry — isn’t compassion. It’s denial." This 'neurodiversity" is getting out of control...literally. You are making great points. Peace.
Kettle bell complexes. Used to do mostly strongman/powerlifting with some metcons. I found a guy on instagram doing movement based kbell stuff that looked fun, tried it out and noticed a huge difference in work capacity after the first week. Not to mention doing Squat Swings at the end of leg day will destroy you.
I like this answer. Hello fellow New Englander :)
