I love the taste of fried cabbage. Unfortunately, like most veggies, it isn't truly healthy. Don't get me wrong, it's still better than most packaged "food" filled with chemicals and preservants sold at Walmart or other grocery stores. But most veggies have a pretty violent chemical reaction when you eat them. They release a chemical that upsets your stomach and we are not built to fight it unlike herbivores. Since we are super omnivores. We can eat veggies and fruits, but we are not good a processing them well. We are red meat eaters. That is by far what gives us the best nutrients and less issues digesting. But I do love some veggies. And kimchi does break down a lot of the bad stuff. Since it's fermented. Same with most grains, our stomach suffers a lot processing them. Especially wheat. Which they claim is the healthy alternative. But then again, they're the same people who claim vegetable oil, the poison in chief, iss the healthier alternative.
