Hello Sonatime,  
  
As always, I appreciate the opportunity to share what I understand as knowledge/truth in patterns that are not always obvious to others.  
  
In saying as much, perhaps one of our main net positives is our ability to present our personal experiences and ideas in a way that offers insights into complex patterns.  
  
Regardless of our personal views, certain patterns emerge in communication that can be less than optimal....at times.  
One such pattern is the 'habit' of using extreme/hyperbolic verbiage/language when it is not appropriate...whether intended for humor or not.  
  
To that point, the usage of extremes....no one, everyone, always, never.....'should' be used with great care; yet, we can see examples of such in our own writing.  
  
*Ah, yes. So humans have **no** free will and **no** agency… except when they actively choose to rebel against God in the Garden of Eden, and then the entire nation of Israel spends centuries doing the exact same thing. But sure, let’s pretend there’s no free will or choice involved.*    
  
In my previous post, I made this point explicit:  
  
*"Humans are never satisfied as God is a complete failure?"*  
You said *humans are never satisfied..*....never.  
So I countered with an equally absurd rejoinder  
*God is a **complete** failure?*  
Humans are often satisfied, and if God exists at all, he is not a complete failure.  
Yes?  
  
While I tend to share my points embedded in subtle humor, the language used is often precise...for a good reason.  If however, you notice a weakness in my grammatical armor then we might have a case for...talking past each other.  
However, if we just look at the language we use, we might see that we are not talking past each other, but avoiding being as honest as we can.  
Not saying we are outright and intentionally being dishonest, but perhaps we are not being as honest as we could.  
The usage of hyperbolic language is often excessive and not too very accurate.  
But then to use that language to suggest hyperbolic patterns....is also less than optimal.  
  
*Grateful for being alive?   Nah… much better to blame God for **everything, everywhere.***
Humans are certainly capable of complex emotions, and having more than one of them at the same time....and variable as the weather...no?  
Versus  
*Humans are* **never** *satisfied.*  
  
Accuracy is my goal*.*

*I don’t think the Bible has low standards, it simply explains a reality you may not agree with, understand, or like.*
  
The Bible does not simply explain anything....let alone reality.  
It does not explain a reality that I may not agree with, understand, or like.  
The Bible attempts to explain metaphysical properties...not physical reality.  
It is not a science book....yes?  
It is not attempting to explain reality....it is attempting to demonstrate a pattern of God that it would be wise for us to be aware/wary of.  
  
The Bible is full of imperfect people and imperfect gods.  
We can make of that what we will.  
And your insights on this topic have always been gratefully appreciated.
