I got skin cut off my dick when I was a child because of gods and what not... Does this count as a victim statement? How about going to jail because humans made a plant illegal.

Both of these are good victim counts. Not sure how much they count for....as a man....people don't seem to care about men and victim status. Both are a testament to the arbitrary nature of God? Odd stuff for sure. Peace.
