Not operational; its capabilities in operation unknown, unlike Meteor. F-35 cannot use meteor; that's why they came up with this. Not necessarily it's proven to be better than Meteor. US missile competing with Meteor had gotten rejected by EU/NATO/Allies. F-35 still unable to use hypersonic cruise missile, no plans to make it work, either. KF-21 Block 3 will be able to use hypersonic cruise missile from internal bay.
