U.S. is way behind in public transit, allows speculative bubbles in non-productive industry such as real estate with multiple home purchases, based on home equity loans, making less money available in productive sectors; U.S. is not in a position to complain about water and power being wasted on data centers.

It won't be renminbi, that's for sure.   PRC is anti-stablecoin for domestic political purpose.    Instead of a single reserve currency dominating the world, it will be a group of reserve currencies based on their proportional dominance in international trade.
