Keynes was obsessed with distribution of wealth, and deficit spending to survive the lean years, and getting replenished during the boom times.  I'd agree mostly with him, except his ignoring the role of innovation.  
  
He was focused on full employment of labor so that we all could survive in the long run: He was right on that one, regarding the importance of full employment.  
  
What he hadn't counted was the professional politicians/do gooders/world betterers, aka DEI/Woke/PC crap bullshitters will barge in and hijack the policy to support all pathological losers/parasites, to get their votes, and gain faux 'moral high ground' from other wannabee bleeding hearts.  
  
He thought that full employment, regardless of inflation, would take care of the problem, in the end, but it didn't; U.S. today always prioritizing full employment over inflation is the proof, especially aided and abetted by 'forever wars' and DEI/Woke policies.

I told you it was just a hiccup; so is KOSPI overvalued?   Depends on time horizon, was U.S. stock market overvalued before the great crash in 80s?    Assuming ROK is going to dominate the A.I./Robotic, next industrial revolution, and going to be become the next superpower replacing U.S. by 2050 or sooner, is very undervalued.
