I am talking about today. We are not stuck in the past. And based on that Act, more than half of the population wouldn't be considered citizens in that period anyway, since most people were indentured servants, slaves, etc. and weren't free (including those who categorize themselves as White today).

yes. I said free. the shit that's going on today obviously isn't working. White Europeans built this nation. People who think otherwise have absolutely no attachment to their own culture and heritage.
